The SEPP Foundation
Foundation Mission Statement
To assist in providing living for seniors and disabled persons through housing, services, and programs for our growing and immediate population for generations to come.
The SEPP Foundation Committee was formed in the Fall of 2002. Final approvals were received in early 2004 designating the Foundation as its own 501(c)3.
The purpose of the SEPP Foundation is to continue and maintain an active presence within the community now and throughout the future.
The Foundation consists of two components:
Capital | The purpose is to continue to have a financial base for the upgrading of buildings and to assist in the need of future construction located in Broome County and outlining areas.
Planned Giving | This will allow you the donor to make gifts that will be used in the future through Wills and Bequests to be used for overall operation use locally and the region we serve.
